Fix Outlook Freezing Issue

Outlook has been acting up for over a week: I can open one message, then everything locks and the whole computer freezes. No send/receive errors appear; it simply hangs after that first email view. I need someone who knows Outlook inside-out to diagnose what’s happening—whether it’s a corrupt profile, an oversized PST/OST, a faulty add-in, or something deeper at the system level—and get the program back to stable, everyday use. Remote troubleshooting is fine as long as we can screen-share and run any repair utilities you recommend. Once the root cause is fixed I’d like a quick rundown of what you changed so I can avoid the same problem in future.
