Fix Microsoft Error on Laptop

I bought a new computer, dropped and broke the screen. I had to buy a replacement laptop but I cannot download microsoft word or 365 to it so I am unable to do any work. I apparently have an admin account that Microsoft helped me set up originally but I cannot access it.
