Fix HP Laptop Issues

My HP laptop has a couple of issues that need to be fixed:
1. DMA Protection Prompt: Upon startup, I receive a "DMA Protection" message that requires my acceptance to proceed. This is inconvenient and should be resolved.
2. Random Shutdowns: The laptop randomly shuts down once or twice a day for updates. This happens at random times and is disruptive.
3. BIOS Status: I'm not sure if the BIOS is updated to the latest version, so that may need to be checked as well.
