External Harddisk not Showing on pc -- 2

I am in need of a skilled technician to assist me with my external hard drive issue. Despite trying to connect the hard drive to a different computer, it still doesn't show up. There are still signs of life as it lights up and makes sounds. However, it uses a USB connection. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting and repairing external hard drives with USB connections.
