Diagnose NVMe Boot Failure

My gaming rig refuses to get past POST since I moved house and rode it in the back seat. Code 0x7B shows on screen and the motherboard no longer detects the NVMe that holds Windows.
I have already pulled the side panel, checked every power and data cable, reseated the RAM, GPU and—most importantly—the NVMe itself. Nothing loosened in transit and the drive still sits snugly in its slot, yet the BIOS lists no boot device. Unfortunately I don’t have a spare NVMe or a Windows-to-Go USB to test with, so I’m stuck at the splash screen
