DELL Tower PC Repair & Replacement

My DELL tower PC powers on for a few seconds and then stops. I'm looking for someone to:

- Diagnose and fix the current issue.
- Supply a suitable replacement if needed.
- Transfer data from the old machine to the new one.

Ideal skills and experience:

- Proficiency in PC hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Experience with data transfer between systems
- Ability to recommend and supply compatible replacement PCs
