On Call Support Tech
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for an experienced computer repair tech who is proficient in both Windows and Mac operating system repairs. We will pay you $50 a week to simply be on call and available to take on remote online over the phone computer repairs on our existing customers computers.
Our existing customer call in any time of the day or night with different trivial issues they might be having with their computers. They will always be able to get online , and they will always already know of the routine remote online connection and repair that you will perform on their computer. They are existing customers and already know the routine.
We need you to be available to take on connections at any given time between the following days and hours:
Monday through Friday , 6pm to 1am EST ( New York City Time )
Saturday morning between 8am and 11am.
You will not be doing a lot of work , there are very few connections inside of those hours, but we just need to know that you will be available at a moments notice to take on online remote computer repairs inside those hours , if a remote online computer repair is needed by one of our existing customers.
To give you an idea , it’s been over 4 months since we had any connections needed after 10pm EST.
Most connections happen during the day and during hours you won’t be asked to work.
You will be paid $50 a week regardless if you had little to no remote repair connections done that week.
Your guaranteed $50 a week , every single week.
BONUS: If ever we give you a brand new customer to work on , your paid a flat fee of $15 bonus amount , for each brand new customer you work on , these bonuses are always on top of the already existing weekly $50 your paid every week.
