PC BIOS RAM Detection Fix

My brand-new build refuses to see all of its memory. The board is an ASRock Z890 Taichi and, although the system powers up, it immediately throws RAM-related beep codes and the BIOS reports no modules installed.
I’d like an expert who can walk me through a systematic BIOS and hardware diagnosis—remotely via video or chat—and pinpoint whether the problem is slot, stick, firmware or setting related. Once a clear culprit is identified, I will implement the hardware swaps or firmware flashes you recommend and report back so we can confirm the result together.
Acceptance criteria
• All installed DIMMs appear at their full capacity and correct speed in BIOS.
• System completes at least three consecutive error-free boots into Windows.
• No further memory-related beep codes or warnings.
