Xero Bookkeeping & Year-End Finalization

My financial year is coming to a close and I need an experienced Xero accountant to bring everything into perfect order over the next few weeks. The work covers three clear areas: catching-up and reconciling day-to-day bookkeeping, reviewing and processing payroll, and preparing the figures and paperwork required to finalize my taxes.

I keep all records in Xero, so you must be completely comfortable working inside that environment—bank feeds, rules, payroll module, reporting, and the usual add-ons. By the end of the engagement I expect:

• Every bank, credit-card, and payment gateway account fully reconciled with zero outstanding items
• Payroll entries checked, corrected where needed, and year-to-date summaries produced
• Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, and supporting schedules ready for my tax lodgement
• A brief hand-over note outlining anything that still needs my attention

Everything has to be wrapped up within a month, ideally sooner. If you have proven Xero expertise and can commit to that timeline, I’d love to hear how you would tackle the cleanup and deliver the finished year-end package.
