UKG Payroll Processing Support
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m looking for an experienced UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll specialist to step in and keep our weekly cycles running smoothly.
The core of the engagement is hands-on payroll processing, specifically:
• Calculating hourly-wage employee pay, ensuring every shift, overtime rule, and premium is captured correctly.
• Handling all tax and statutory compliance steps so filings, withholdings, and end-of-year forms stay error-free.
• Importing approved timesheets from our time-tracking module into UKG and validating the data before each run.
• Generating the standard and custom payroll reports managers rely on for forecasting and audits.
I’ll supply onsite UKG access, the current pay policies, and a point of contact on our payroll team. You’ll document each run, flag any discrepancies, and recommend process tweaks as you go so we can tighten accuracy and turnaround times.
