Senior HR Executive for Manufacturing Company

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team at a newly established manufacturing company in Banting, Malaysia! If you have a passion for HR and are ready to take on exciting challenges, this is the perfect opportunity!

✅ Full-cycle recruitment management
✅ Payroll and performance management
✅ Employee relations and policy development
✅ Day-to-day HR operations
??? ????????????:
✅ Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR management systems
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
✅ Mandarin speaking skills are preferable.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and a strong sense of responsibility

? Competitive salary (RM 6,000 - RM 8,500/month)
? Annual performance bonus (1-2 months' salary)
⏰ 5-day workweek (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
