Resale certificate filing in each state, general tax filing, employee payrolls etc.

I need assistance filing our companies' quarterly taxes to each state we do business in the proper way. Make sure we are collecting the proper taxes from our customers. Make sure we are filing our taxes the correct way, see if someone can help his set up pay roll for our employees that are out of state and also take advantage of our taxes and plan strategically upon them.

Location is USA preferred or already has experience with USA customers and can provide references.
