Regular Payroll Processing & Income Tax -- 2
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a payroll professional who can take full responsibility for running my regular employee payroll and making sure every income-tax withholding is spot-on each pay period. The core of the job is straightforward: gather the approved hours, process gross-to-net calculations, apply the correct federal and state income-tax tables, and generate clean payslips on schedule.
My current system can export time-sheet data to CSV, and I’m open to having you work in QuickBooks Payroll, ADP, Gusto, or a similar cloud platform—whichever you are most fluent in. While my immediate priority is accurate income-tax treatment, it would be helpful if you are also comfortable flagging any social-security or Medicare issues you notice so I stay fully compliant as the team grows.
Deliverables each cycle:
• Payroll run completed and approved by the stated cutoff
• Payslips (PDF) delivered to employees and archived for me
• Payroll summary report showing gross pay, income-tax withheld, employer taxes, and net pay
• Year-to-date reconciliation updated in the system
