QuickBooks Payroll Setup & Processing

My QuickBooks account is already up and running; now I need an experienced payroll specialist to bring the employee side fully online. I have between 11 and 50 staff members, so accuracy and an efficient workflow are critical.

Your first priority will be configuring payroll inside QuickBooks for every employee—building their profiles, assigning pay schedules, and ensuring earnings, deductions, and benefits map correctly to our existing chart of accounts. Once the setup is complete, I’ll rely on you to process each pay run, verify hours, and post the corresponding journal entries so reports stay clean and audit-ready.

I handle tax filing through another service, so the focus here is purely on setup and ongoing processing. Familiarity with QuickBooks Payroll (Online or Desktop, whichever you prefer to use) and a solid track record with similar mid-sized teams will make this project go smoothly.
