QuickBooks Online Certified Bookkeepers (India)

I run multiple small-to-mid sized businesses that are all managed inside QuickBooks Online, and I now need help from bookkeepers in India who already hold the Advanced (Level 2) QBO certification.

Here’s the day-to-day work you’ll take off my plate:

• Managing every incoming and outgoing transaction and keeping each account up to date.
• Categorising and reconciling bank, credit-card and wallet feeds so the books stay audit-ready.
• Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements.
• Steering the full payroll cycle: timesheets, statutory deductions, filings and payouts.
• Handling invoicing as well as payables and receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Building custom workflows and reports that give me clearer insight into projects, locations and overall performance.

Everything happens inside QuickBooks Online, so deep knowledge of its automation rules, reconciliation tools and reporting dashboard is critical. Experience with the Projects, Locations or Enterprise features is a bonus I’ll value highly.

I’ll provide bank feeds, historical files and any process documentation you need; you’ll return clean, balanced books and timely reports that I can forward straight to my clients with zero edits.
