QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist Needed

I keep my books in QuickBooks but no longer have the bandwidth to handle the day-to-day data entry. I’m looking for someone who can step in and enter everything accurately and on schedule so my accounts stay current and clean.

Here’s what I need taken off my plate:
• Invoices and bills entered promptly and matched to the correct customers, vendors, and chart-of-accounts codes
• Ongoing expense tracking with proper categorisation and attachment of receipts where provided
• Payroll entries posted after each run so labour costs are reflected in real time

I’ll supply secure access to my QuickBooks file, source documents, and any templates I already use. You simply post the transactions, flag anything that looks off, and let me know once each batch is complete.
