Populate Xero Employee Records

I’m ready to have my small team—fewer than ten employees—properly set up in Xero Payroll. All the information you’ll need is already compiled, so the task is focused on accurate data entry rather than data gathering.

What you’ll be loading:
• Personal details and contact information for each employee
• Pay rates, tax file numbers, and all other pay-related settings

I’ll give you secure, time-limited access to the organisation along with the source spreadsheet/PDFs. Once the profiles are created, I’d like a quick export or screen-grab report confirming that every field matches the originals.

If this first batch goes smoothly, I’ll likely have follow-up work as new staff come on board. Familiarity with Xero Payroll and an eye for detail are essential, and of course confidentiality is a must.
