Payspace Payroll Initial Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need our Payspace environment fully installed and configured so that payroll processing runs smoothly from the first cycle. The focus is limited to the core payroll-processing functionality; employee management and tax calculation modules will be handled in-house later.
During this engagement I expect the following concrete deliverables:
• Complete system installation or tenant activation, ready for live use
• Configuration of pay periods, earnings, deductions and statutory tables that Payspace requires for accurate processing
• Automation workflows enabled so salaries can move from draft to approved status without manual intervention
• A short test run proving that payslips generate correctly and funds can be released through our chosen payment method
• A concise hand-over document so my internal team can maintain the system once you finish
This is a one-off implementation—ongoing support is not required—so please make sure all settings, templates, and user roles are locked down before sign-off. Experience with Payspace (or similar cloud payroll platforms) is essential, and I would appreciate a brief outline of previous implementations you have completed when you respond.
