Part-Time HR Payroll Processing Assistance

I’m looking for a reliable HR professional who can take payroll off my plate while still keeping an eye on our other day-to-day people matters. The immediate priority is accurate, on-time payroll calculations and processing; at the moment everything is still handled manually in Excel, so you’ll need to be comfortable working with spreadsheets, formulas and reconciliations until we decide if a software migration makes sense. We are a team of less than 5 employees.

Alongside payroll you’ll step in for recruitment coordination, employee onboarding or an orderly off-boarding when someone leaves, but those pieces are secondary to getting every employee paid correctly.
