Part-Time Bookkeeper with Accounting Degree

I’m launching a new business and need a degree-qualified bookkeeper to step in once a week and keep the numbers crystal-clear. Your focus will be on two fronts: producing concise, reliable financial reports and handling our small-team payroll. The accounting software is already configured, so you can dive straight into the data without any set-up work.

Accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to explain the story behind the figures are vital. You’ll reconcile transactions, generate a weekly financial snapshot, process payroll with all statutory deductions, and flag anything that looks off before it becomes an issue. QuickBooks Online is in place now, but if you prefer another mainstream cloud platform we can talk about a smooth transition.

Weekly deliverables:
• Reconciled ledgers and updated journals
• Profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow summary
• Completed payroll run with filings recorded
• Brief advisory note on any trends or concerns

There’s potential to broaden the role as the company grows, but for now it’s strictly reporting and payroll on a part-time basis.
