Outsourced Payroll Person
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
We are looking to outsource our payroll function for our clients to a third party provider. We currently process approx 90 payrolls per month, and about 5 per week. The majority or the monthly payrolls are for 1 or 2 staff and are a flat amount each month, which doesn't change. The remainder and the weekly payrolls are all variable.
Our clients currently email in their hours each month, giving a minimum of 48 hours before requiring the payroll back (although most give much longer).
Pensions are run through Smart Pension or Nest.
We currently use Brightpay payroll software which we can give you a copy of with a licence key to unlock it. All communications are through email, and an email address would be provided.
The total process currently takes approx 22 hours a month, an hour per week for weekly payrolls and 18 hours a month for the monthly payrolls.
