OnPay payroll system consultation...

I have had to get rid of the employee who was managing my OnPay payroll system and this employee made a mess. I only have 3 employees, but this employee is claiming the system is 6 weeks behind which is unlikely. I need an analysis of what is going on, and help on how to use this system as I will be taking over management of it going forward. Thanks!
