HRMS Bug Fix & Payroll Enhancements

Our in-house HRMS is showing its age. The attendance tracking module is the first priority: punches aren’t always captured correctly and, on busy days, the screen freezes or the data coming from biometric devices lags behind the real-time clock. I need someone who can dive into that code base, identify the root causes, and deliver a clean, fully tested patch so attendance data flows flawlessly into the rest of the system.

Once attendance is stable, I want the same level of attention applied to payroll calculations and the performance-management workflows. Formulas for earnings and deductions need a quick sanity check, and a few review cycles in the appraisal section must be streamlined so managers spend less time clicking and more time coaching.
