Financio Cleanup & Payroll Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
My Financio Accounting software is live, the new financial year only started on 1 Jan 2026. The existing chart of accounts needs modifications, not a full rebuild, followed by back-filling fewer than ten transactions per month, and a full reconciliation to be sure the numbers tie to bank, payroll and GST reports.
What I need from you
• Refine the current chart of accounts so it fits Financio’s structure and our reporting needs
** Must be familiar with Financio software and Singapore accounting standards
• Enter the outstanding transactions (average <5 per month)
• Reconcile bank, payroll and any control accounts until the books are fully balanced and ready for year-end carry-forward
The work has to start right away and I’m aiming to sign off as soon as everything agrees with the source statements. Once this one-time clean-up is signed off, I’m open to retaining you on a part-time basis for ongoing bookkeeping and payroll support in Financio. Less than 10 transactions per month. Average 5.
