Experienced Payroll Bookkeeper Needed
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I need an experienced, full-time Bookkeeper who can step in immediately and keep our payroll humming. My internal accounting team relies on clean, on-time figures, so your first focus will be processing payroll in QuickBooks, reconciling every related bank transaction, and supplying concise reports back to us.
Day to day you’ll also handle the usual bookkeeping touch-points—coding invoices, matching them to approvals, and maintaining orderly digital files—but payroll accuracy and promptness sit at the top of the priority list. You can work from wherever you’re most productive as long as deadlines are met and communication stays clear.
Deliverables I expect:
• Weekly payroll processed in QuickBooks, with supporting reports sent to the accounting department.
• All payroll-related bank transactions reconciled and fully documented.
• Month-end summary that integrates these figures into our broader A/R and A/P flow so our outside CPA can close effortlessly.
If you’re already comfortable navigating QuickBooks, confident with bank-level reconciliations, and ready to start right away, let’s talk.
