Employment Hero EA Setup

I have a straightforward Enterprise Agreement that now needs to live inside Employment Hero. The core of the job is to replicate the agreement in the platform, override the existing Industry and, more specifically, the Underground work allowance that sits inside the Award, and apply higher base pay rates across all relevant classifications.

Key points you will handle:
• Remove the Underground work allowance entirely – no mining or construction allowances are touched, only the underground component.
• Enter the new pay rates so they override the Award rates and flow correctly through timesheets, leave and payroll.
• Confirm that all other Award conditions remain intact once the allowance is removed and the new rates are in place.
