Employment Hero Payroll Processing

I'm handing over our entire monthly payroll for a 25-employee not-for-profit and need it run end-to-end whilst utilising Employment Hero HR. The platform is already configured; what’s missing is an experienced professional who can translate the HRIS output into flawless pay runs as well as deal with any modifications and adjustments requested by staff.
Your scope covers preparation of each monthly pay run that the accountant will then record and make payment for. You will need to prepare the documentation for any NFP entitlements and other employee requests affecting their pay, tax and super which will then be reviewed by management for inclusion in the cycle.
Accuracy and timeliness are critical; and you will need to ensure redundancies exist so that payroll is always delivered on time and complete. You will need to provide a validated pay register and bank file, STP lodgement confirmation and a concise month-end summary so finance can post journals in one step
