Cyprus Excel Bookkeeping Assistance
Budget: €2 – €6 EUR
I manage several Cyprus-registered companies and keep our ledgers in a customised Microsoft Excel workbook before importing the transactions to QuickBooks. The import function will be done by me.
I’m looking for a beginner-level bookkeeper who can work inside that file and help me stay on top of day-to-day entries. You’ll receive clear guidance and step-by-step written procedures, so previous Cyprus VAT or payroll experience is not essential—accuracy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are.
Your regular activities will include:
• posting sales invoices, purchases, and expenses with the correct VAT splits
• importing and reconciling bank movements against those entries
• recording monthly payroll journals and occasional ad-hoc adjustments
• updating the workbook in time for online VAT and social insurance submissions, then assisting me when the actual declarations are filed
I expect the file to be fully reconciled and returned each quarter or each month so that balances tie to the bank and supplier statements.
Because you’ll be working with multiple windows open—statements, invoice scans, and the main ledger—you need your own reliable computer setup with at least two monitors.
If you enjoy methodical work in Excel and want to grow your bookkeeping skills within the Cyprus framework, let’s get started.
