S-Corp Payroll & Tax Form Creation

I need a freelancer to handle quarterly payroll for one S-corp employee in California. You'll also create IRS Form 941 quarterly and a W-2 form at the end of the year. I will mail the forms to the IRS and EDD and make the payments myself.

Requirements:
- Generate payroll for one person quarterly
- Create IRS Form 941
- Create W-2 form at year-end

Experience with S-corp payroll and IRS forms is ideal.
