Bulgarian Monthly Payroll Processing Needed - EOR
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a payroll professional who can take full ownership of processing salaries for my Bulgaria-based team of full-time employees. Each month you will calculate gross-to-net pay, handle all statutory deductions, and issue accurate payslips while staying fully compliant with Bulgarian labour, tax, and social-security regulations.
Payment to staff is made exclusively by bank transfer, so part of the job is preparing the bank file (or payment orders) in the correct format and providing a concise payment summary I can approve before release.
Key points
• Full-time employees only—no contractors or part-timers in this run.
• Monthly payroll cycle.
• Disbursement through bank transfer; please confirm you can generate the necessary SEPA or local Bulgarian bank file.
Deliverables
1. Payroll register showing gross pay, deductions, employer contributions, and net pay.
2. Individual payslips ready to email or print.
3. Bank payment file & approval summary.
4. Any mandatory reports or declarations for the Bulgarian authorities for that month.
I will supply employment contracts and any variable pay data by the 20th of each month; I expect draft figures back within three business days. Final files must be complete and ready for payment no later than the 27th.
If you already work with tools such as Paylocity, ADP Streamline, or local Bulgarian payroll software, let me know—though I’m open to your preferred platform as long as output meets the above requirements.
Please briefly outline your Bulgarian payroll experience, the software you use, and how you stay up to date with local legislation.
