I'm looking for an experienced HR Manager to tackle key HR challenges, ensuring fair compensation, structured job definitions, and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with every employee to understand their roles and concerns
- Establish and clarify job descriptions for all positions
- Conduct salary benchmarking using industry reports
- Address workplace concerns to improve employee well-being
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in HR management
- Experience in developing job descriptions and conducting salary benchmarking
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work collaboratively to improve processes and rectify payroll errors
- Based in Romania is a plus
