Your task is to handle, or clearly guide me through, a clean transfer from my verified PayPal account, making sure the note field carries the correct Transaction ID so the payment is easy for both sides to track.

• A quick, step-by-step rundown (or real-time support) that confirms recipient details, fees, and currency are correct before I hit Send.
• Confirmation that the Transaction ID appears properly in the payment note once the transfer is complete.
• A brief recap of any settings or screenshots I should keep for my records.
