I need a Paypal API developer

I have a booking system in Simplybook.me and want to accept payments, then forward a cut of that payment to the person the the appointment was booked with. I did some google searching and it says its called an adaptive payment https://developer.paypal.com/docs/archive/adaptive-payments/integration-guide/APIntro/

I think the one that would be relevant to what I want to achieve would be either a parallel payment or chained payment
