Solve Paypal Checkout Issue

(1) Paypal checkout just stopped working when using the credit card option. You enter the details then nothing happens. It used to go to a thankyou window.
(2) Keeps asking for shipping address despite being set to "no shipping'
(3) Defaults to UK instead of AU
