Paypal Express checkout conflict with popup blocker in browser - NEED URGENT FIX!!!!

A Laravel based donation form placed in an iFrame in an wordpress site. The form has paypal express checkout integrated. But if the browser has popup and redirect enabled the payment is not going through. I need immediate and smart solution.
