PayPal integration to a billing platform (as e-commerce to onboard sellers)

Hey guys,
We are developing a billing platform, which PayPal (marketplace- e-commerce) needs to be integrated to onboard sellers as per the below link in PayPal sandbox first before making it live. We can manage to get the token, but it does not get back to our set redirect URL after login.
We need this to happen on our platform when any of our clients want to connect their PayPal to our billing platform:

This need to be done in the sandbox before it goes live:

Please only those ones who already have already done the same integration get back to us. You need to share with us the sample of the exact job you have done for other projects. our programing language is .net core.
