Music concert ticket sale

Hello,
for a client who organizes music concerts, about 1 per month, we need to develop a website where those online concert events can be created and managed. Customers should be able to buy these tickets online and get the ticket online as QR code, which they need to scan at the concert for verification. The location is always the same. This is NOT a marketplace with multiple hosts. It is always the same concert location.
