Indian Payment Gateway Consultation

I need consultation of an expert who knows everything about payment gateways in India. I need comparison of different PGs.
Our main issues to solve:
Having a clearly defined / logical payment process flow:
1. Best payment gateway for online payments (RazorPay VS Stripe VS any other?)
2. This payment gateway should fit for both local and international payments and find the best way to ensure that creators get to keep a consistent amount whether through local or international (this will come down more to logic)
3. Understand how this will work with the automated payout option for creators once they reach Rs. 1000 (Stripe VS RazorPay X)
4. Figure out best options for the charges incurred due to refunds (especially for something like a video message, if the creator declines a request)
Moreover, with the 1000 rs payouts, there are additional fees through RazorpayX so we need to clearly know what an
Follower pays -> Expy receives (the payout amount is reflected on creator's virtual Expy wallet) -> Once the wallet hits rs 1000, the creator has option for payout, which if they do, they need to receive the amount stated there
It gets confusing having Razorpay, RazorpayX, Paypal, etc... We need to streamline this and have it more straightforward while being aware of all associated fees and costs of transactions
