Daily WhatsApp Broadcast API Setup
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need the official WhatsApp Business API (WABA) connected and fully configured so I can push daily broadcast messages without manual intervention. The core requirement is a system that lets me prepare approved templates, queue a recipient list, and send at a scheduled time each day. Every broadcast may combine text, images / media, and links or promotions, so the solution has to support media upload and URL tracking inside the same template.
Here’s the flow I’m aiming for:
• Upload or sync a list of opt-in numbers.
• Select the template, attach media or links, and pick tomorrow’s send time—or fire immediately.
• Hit “send” and watch the delivery report update with sent, delivered, read, and failed counts.
• Automatically respect opt-outs and WhatsApp policy limits.
You’re free to build in Node, PHP, Python, or another language you know best, as long as the final deliverable includes:
1. API credentials correctly set up under my Meta Business account.
2. A lightweight panel or documented endpoints for daily broadcast scheduling.
3. Clear instructions so I can upload new templates and refresh the contact list myself.
4. A brief hand-off call or screen-share to confirm everything works end-to-end.
If you’ve handled WABA or the newer Cloud API before, and can get daily broadcasts running smoothly, let’s get started right away.
