WhatsApp Service Listing Automation

The goal is to turn a plain WhatsApp number into a streamlined storefront for my online services. Customers will open a chat, view a catalogue of what’s on offer, choose a service, and be prompted to upload mandatory documen(it's optional they can share it later) before completing checkout.

At payment time they must be able to pick either Stripe or PayPal; successful transactions trigger an automatic confirmation message, while failed or abandoned payments should be handled with polite follow-ups. Once the order is confirmed, scheduled WhatsApp notifications will keep the customer updated until final delivery.

• WhatsApp-ready catalogue that I can add or edit easily
• Secure document capture for identity proof, stored in a GDPR-compliant space I can access
• Seamless Stripe and PayPal integration with real-time status callbacks
• Automated message flow for order confirmation, reminders, progress updates, and completion
• Simple admin panel (web or desktop) to monitor orders, resend messages, and download documents

Deliverables will be considered complete once a live demo shows the full flow—from selecting an online service through payment to automated updates—working end-to-end in WhatsApp.
