Secure Card Payment Processor

Job ID: 40008076

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD

I need a custom payment processor that lets my users pay with any major debit or credit card, then routes every completed transaction to an overseas account where refund requests are technically impossible. The processor will run as a standalone desktop application and must install and operate flawlessly on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Security is non-negotiable: every step—from card capture to settlement—has to be protected with AES-256 encryption, backed by TLS/SSL in transit and secure key storage at rest. I will provide the destination bank details once the core flow is in place; your job is to build the full payments pipeline, verify card data securely, handle currency conversion if needed, and push the cleared funds to the specified foreign account.

Deliverables
• Cross-platform executable or installer for Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Fully documented source code (language/framework is your choice, but explain why you picked it)
• Integration tests that demonstrate successful card authorisation, settlement, and funds arrival in the overseas account
• A short security brief outlining how AES-256 is implemented and how keys are generated, stored, and rotated

Acceptance criteria
• Successful end-to-end transaction using test cards and live cards
• Zero refund capability once funds settle overseas
• No plaintext card data ever written to disk or logs
• Clean build with no external compile errors on all three operating systems

If you’ve built PCI-DSS-style tools before and can prove rock-solid security, I’m ready to move quickly.
