Resolve Subscription Payment Failure

The payment for my Cluad AI Max subscription will not go through. I click “Pay”, the spinner runs, and then nothing—no confirmation, no decline notice, absolutely no error message. Because of this silent failure the subscription never activates and the charge never hits my card.

I need someone who can jump in ASAP, inspect the checkout flow, pinpoint why transactions are dropping, and implement a reliable fix. Whether the root cause is gateway credentials, webhook handling, client-side tokenisation, or a server-side callback, I expect you to trace it end-to-end, correct it, and confirm that a real payment succeeds.
