We want a real-time number selection competition platform where users can choose a number, reserve it instantly, and complete payment within minutes. Users should be able to do the following things:

Pick a number (like lottery/seat booking style)
Reserve it instantly
Pay online
Enter a prize draw

The following are main features for the work:

Each competition has a set of numbers (example: 1–1300 or up to 5000)
Admin/Back office can decide how many numbers are available per competition
Numbers must lock instantly when selected (real-time sync)
Prevent two users selecting same number
Lottery ball selector/Airline seat selection
Must accept credit/debit cards
Payment confirms reservation
Failed payment releases number
Admin resets numbers and Creates new competition
Admin sets number range Based on requirement.
