International Payment Gateway Expert

We are looking for a cross-border payment expert. Our company (global ecommerce marketplace) is analysing various strategies for how we will process payments and payout to vendors on an international level (eg: USA buyer to India seller) but we would like to connect with a payment gateway expert to assess our ideas and provide feedback (possibly design the flow).
This is not a job for a basic integration like Wordpress or Shopify, we are a global ecommerce marketplace built from scratch on React and are implementing a payment gateway through API's and backdoor frameworks. So do not apply if you have basic digital payment or gateway integration experience as what we require needs an high level expert who has previous experience building payment systems for marketplaces from scratch.
