I am looking to build a website that offers visa services to Iran. The platform should support both B2C (individual customers) and B2B (travel agents). Below is the full functionality I require for you to provide me with a quotation:

• When a customer clicks “Apply,” they should be taken to a form that asks for:

• Each agent will have a credit balance

• I will manually top-up or adjust their credit balance

• B2B agents will have custom pricing visible only to them (I can set this per agent)
