My online store is live and taking orders, but the checkout stalls whenever sales tax needs to be applied. The core payment flow works—until tax is calculated—so I need a specialist who can configure the tax rules correctly and ensure the payment gateway recognises them without errors.
What has to happen:
• Configure accurate sales-tax rules for local, national and international orders.
• Sync those rules with the existing payment gateway so every transaction completes successfully.
• Run sandbox test purchases across multiple regions, supply screenshots or logs that prove tax is added and the payment is captured.
Once the changes are live, I expect a quick screen-share or concise hand-off note that shows me where the settings live so I can update future tax rates myself.
