I need a developer who can stand up a secure online payment flow that lets my users purchase yearly access to our private database. The system must:

• Offer a single, automatically–renewing yearly plan.
• Accept Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal at checkout.
• Handle recurring billing seamlessly, including automatic retries on failed payments and web-hooks that let me suspend or restore a user’s account in real-time.

A lightweight admin panel (or clearly documented API calls) should show active subscriptions, upcoming renewals, cancellations, and payment history. Security, PCI compliance, and clear error handling are non-negotiable; I’m happy to plug into Stripe, Braintree, PayPal Subscriptions, or another proven platform as long as it covers the requirements above.
