WordPress Seating Payment Integration

I run a bar that lets guests reserve specific sections or tables through our WordPress site. I need a straightforward integration that lets a customer pick an available section, pay, and have that spot instantly marked as unavailable for anyone else.

Core needs
• Payment options: Cash App, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and ApplePay must all be supported at checkout.
• Real-time availability: once a guest pays, the chosen section should be automatically blocked out in the calendar or seating chart.
• Admin controls: I want to see, edit, or manually add bookings from the WordPress dashboard and receive an email notification for each new reservation.
• Clean install: use a reliable plugin or light custom code that works with standard WordPress themes; provide brief setup notes so I can maintain it myself.

A simple, dependable solution is the priority—no extras beyond a smooth checkout, automated seat lockout, and clear admin view of bookings and payments.
