I need my WordPress site transformed into a secure mixed marketplace where both products and services can be listed, purchased, and—when required—auctioned. Your three-plus years of hands-on WordPress development will be put to use setting up the marketplace engine, wiring in a credit/debit-card gateway (Stripe or similar), and building a rock-solid client verification flow that captures and stores passport or other identity documents for manual approval.

The flow I have in mind is simple: a new user signs up, uploads their passport, waits for admin approval, then gains full rights to buy, sell, or bid. Payments clear through cards, with room left to bolt on PayPal or crypto later. Throughout the process, buyers, sellers, and our support/sales staff should be able to chat from within their respective dashboards—no one hunting through email chains.

Deliverables
• Fully functional WordPress marketplace (products, services, optional auctions) on my staging server
• Card-based payment gateway configured, tested, and ready for live keys
• KYC module that stores passport uploads securely and flags accounts for admin review
• Role-based messaging centre linking customers with support/sales
