WordPress Course Selling System Development

I'm looking for a developer to build a simple and efficient system to sell pre-recorded video courses online.
1. Website Features:
• User registration and login
• Payment with Visa/MasterCard
• After payment: course is automatically added to the user’s account
• Videos are downloadable via Google Drive (visible after purchase only)
• Certificate system: user requests a certificate → I approve → PDF is auto-generated and added to their account
• Courses purchased from the website should also appear in the mobile app and desktop player
• Admin panel to:
Add/remove courses manually
Edit/delete user accounts
Track purchases and device activations
2. Mobile App (Android + iOS):
• Same login as the website (fully synced)
• Course browsing and purchasing available on Android only (Visa/MasterCard)
• iOS version is for browsing and playback only (without in-app purchases)
• Purchased courses are auto-synced across website, app, and desktop
• Video playback options:
Watch online
Download inside the app for offline viewing (no external download links)
3. Desktop Video Player (Windows):
• Encrypted video format – only playable through the provided player
• Auto activation on first use via device code
• Protection features:
No screen recording, screenshots, streaming, or virtual machine use
• Limit of 3 devices per account (e.g. 1 laptop + 2 phones)
• User can see activated devices and remaining slots
• I also need a simple tool or method to convert normal videos to the secure format for upload
Extra Features:
• "Start Course" page after purchase: includes links to download the app + desktop player and clear usage steps
• Device activation notifications for users
• Button to resend activation code if needed
• Admin view of user history: purchases, certificates, devices
• Full Arabic interface (with option to add English later)
Marketing Integration:
• Install Facebook Pixel + TikTok Pixel
• Enable key events for tracking:
ViewContent (course viewed)
InitiateCheckout (checkout started)
Purchase (payment complete)
• This helps track ad performance and create retargeting campaigns
Discounts and Coupons:
• Admin can create promo codes (manually applied at checkout)
• Automatic discounts based on source link or course bundles
• Manage all discounts from the admin panel

I manage everything easily from the backend.

Full source code for each part, so I can update or hire another developer in the future
• Include simple instructions to move the system to live hosting without needing your help
• I must be able to:

• Please make it easy to upload future mobile videos to an external hosting service

Deliver full project files (Android + iOS), not just APK or build files
• Desktop video player:
Include the source code or tool used to build it
